Services include, Outside Plant/OSP (Cable placing/splicing), Central Office Equipment/COE (installation/integration), Wireless (equipment/L&A), and deregulated (PBX, LAN/WAN). D.O. Creasman provides professional associates to perform these services. In addition to core services, The Company offers highly qualified Engineering, Test & Acceptance, Project Management and Maintenance personnel/services to its Clients. Through our commitment to Quality, Safety and On-Time Completion, along with providing full turnkey services, D.O. Creasman can provide a wide range of solutions for the telecommunications industry.
1.2 Approach D.O. Creasman is focused on offering proactive solutions to improve its services by providing its employees with industry specific training. This investment in our personnel along with the application of basic project management fundamentals, serves to reduce installation time, cost and risks. The application of project management fundamentals ensures a systematic integration of the tactical, logistical and strategic processes required to complete all projects to the Clients satisfaction. 2. Installation Management A Few words on Project Management Project Management is the effective control of Schedules, Budgets, and Quality. Every project has unique circumstances that require different levels of planning, tracking, scheduling, and management. It is also important to assign associates with skill sets that are appropriate for a specific project. Project management fundamentals are applied to safeguard the Client's interest by utilizing industry experience in conjunction with tools designed for the job. D.O. Creasman utilizes project managers and systems for consistent control of information and documentation. The project management system is used to audit project schedules, budget and quality for tracking and resolution of issues to ensure that milestones and requirements are consistently attained.

2.1 Installation Management Time is crucial in deploying telecommunications sites. The purpose of Installation Management is to maintain program targets, ensure superior quality installations, and minimize installation costs. These goals are achieved by implementing value engineering reviews, constant and thorough contract administration, and regular site observations. D.O. Creasman’s Installation Management services include all contract administration and quality control from pre-installation phases through completion. D.O. 3. Manufacturing D.O. Creasman continues manufacturing, distribution and repair of outside plant cable test equipment for the telecommunications industry both domestically and overseas. The first test set, the Owlwits, was used for open wire location with an identification tone signal. Today, the manufacturing and repair division still supplies and maintains most of the test equipment used by the Outside Plant department’s field personnel. 4. Summary of Services 4.1 Engineering: Site surveys, Grounding surveys, Drawing updates, detailed packages for installation or removals of Switching, Transport, and Power equipment. 4.2 Outside Plant: All facets of Engineering Design, Inspection, Records/Inventories, Construction, (placing – underground, buried and aerial) cable splicing, installers (I&R) including fiber and copper repair work. 4.3 Central Office: Installation or removal of all types of Switching, Transport, or Power Equipment.
Installation and Maintenance D.O. Creasman has developed and documented high quality installation standards and can train and provide installation management and technical expertise to ensure consistent, professional, reliable, and timely installations. D.O. Creasman has been privileged to successfully participate in multiple cutting edge technological projects. D.O. Creasman has extensive experience working with equipment vendors including Nortel, Alcatel, Newbridge, Ericsson, A T &T, Lucent, and many other OEMs.
Summary of Installation/Removal Capabilities Switching Equipment: Nortel DMS-100, DMS-200, RSC, RSCS, RLCM/OPM, Ericsson AXE-10 Host & Remotes, Siemens EWSD, and Lucent 1AESS & 5ESS. Transport Equipment: Fujitsu FLM 150, 600, & 2400, Acutel 1565, 3X50, etc, Nortel OC-48, & OC-192, Lucent DDM 1000, all Tellabs equipment including K 01 DACS, AFC UMC-1000, Alcatel Light Span 2000 & DACS 1630,1631&1633, Newbridge 36170, all Wescom, ADC, and Telcom Solutions equipment, A I switches, routers, modems, and all associated Ethernet equipment.
